The idea and implementation of the FAY Waterfront Villas was orchestrated by the large company Majid Al Futtaim Properties. An international team of top specialists from Saota, Blink and Desert Group worked on the architecture, interior design and landscape design. They have won numerous awards in their field.

The new phase of the Waterfront Collection features FAY luxury villas with seven bedrooms and extensive customisation options. The total area of each villa is 17,760 sq. ft. 

To create the interior and develop the design, the specialists drew inspiration from the artwork featured in The Museum of Modern Art (MOMA) in New York and The Uffizi Galleries in Florence. The Uffizi interior design option features a warm colour scheme with shades of beige, sand and milk white, while the MOMA interiors boast brown, grey and white tones. Natural materials were chosen for the walls and floor: marble, wood, brass, and stone.

The layouts of the FAY Waterfront Villas includes a basement, a ground floor and two more floors, where seven bedrooms, guest rooms, an office, dressing rooms and living rooms are located. Each of the levels has several different configurations in terms of floor plan, finishing, design, and interior. A room in the basement can be turned into a Japanese tearoom or a sports lounge with billiards, while a ground floor room can act as an office or an art studio. The upper floors allow for the size of the master bedroom to be either increased or decreased. This space can include a children's room, a music lounge or a fitness zone. The exterior and landscape design of the villas are presented in two options. The ability to customise the residences will allow the owners to choose the ideal option to meet their needs.

Owners of a villa at FAY Waterfront Villas will have access to luxury amenities. Among them are a private sandy beach on the shore of the lagoon and an infinity pool.
