At our last DLD check in October 2026 the building was 37.57% complete, with handover expected in Q4 2027.
Mr. Eight Development is a European developer with more than two decades of experience. Villa del Gavi is its second project on Dubai Islands, after Villa del DIVOS.

Who is the developer of Villa del Gavi?
Mr. Eight. The Dubai Land Department registers the project as Villa Del Gavi Residences, project 3751, to Mr Eight Real Estate Development L.L.C. It was registered in July 2025 and has 87 homes. You can check the project number on DLD's project status service before you book.
When is handover?
Handover is expected in Q4 2027. At our last Dubai Land Department check in October 2026, the building was 37.57% complete. Construction progress changes each month, so ask us for the latest DLD figure before you pay a further instalment.
How much is the DLD fee?
The Dubai Land Department registration fee for an off-plan sale is 4% of the price, plus AED 20 in knowledge and innovation fees. The sale contract sets who pays it. Every off-plan sale must be registered in DLD's Oqood system, and payments go into the project's escrow account.
Does buying here qualify for a UAE Golden Visa?
A property worth at least AED 2 million can qualify for a 10-year Golden Visa, and off-plan homes from approved developers are accepted. Every Villa del Gavi home is priced above AED 2 million. Final approval rests with the visa authorities, so confirm your case before you apply.
Can foreign buyers own a home at Villa del Gavi?
