Design and amenities
The project is designed around an astronomy theme. Binghatti's brochure describes an observatory deck on the amenity podium with telescopes and viewing areas, an Observatory Dome, a "Meteor Trail" lighting feature on the façade, and a double-height lobby with a fibre-optic constellation ceiling.
Other planned amenities include an adults' and children's pool, children's play area, sun lounge, yoga and aerobics platform, wellness facilities, and family sitting and social areas.
