Kore by Imtiaz

Kore by Imtiaz is a wellness-focused residence designed around movement, nutrition and recovery. Its name reflects the body’s core, the centre of strength and stability, and its philosophy shapes everyday life throughout the project. Residents can train in a Raw Theory gym equipped with Technogym’s connected fitness system, take the stairs as part of a daily activity routine, and enjoy facilities including a padel court, outdoor gym, pools and garden spaces. Wellness offerings include an edible garden, sauna, red light therapy and personalised recovery services through One Hype Wellness, while a sleep system developed with Heveya supports restorative rest. A range of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom homes is available. Located near Meydan, the project offers access to cycling tracks, parks and sports facilities, with Downtown Dubai, Business Bay and DXB Airport around 20 minutes away.
