Laguna Residence is a large residential development by One Development in City of Arabia, built around a podium lagoon. The Dubai Land Department lists it as project 3358 (One International Real Estate Development L.L.C), registered in October 2024 with 1,628 homes: 668 studios, 500 one-bedroom, 400 two-bedroom and 60 three-bedroom units. Construction stood at 5.72% at the latest DLD inspection on 13 July 2026, and agency pages describe two 45-storey towers named Tiffany and Cyan.

City of Arabia sits beside IMG Worlds of Adventure with direct access to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311), and Global Village about 12 minutes away. Agency pages give drive times of roughly 20 minutes to Downtown Dubai and Dubai International Airport. Listed amenities include the podium lagoon, a wave simulator, family and children's pools, a gym, an outdoor cinema, jogging and cycling tracks and children's play areas.
