About this development
This 3-bedroom apartment at Trump International Hotel & Tower Dubai offers 1,642 sq ft on Sheikh Zayed Road at the entrance to Downtown Dubai, priced from AED 7,341,490 (about AED 4,471 per sq ft), with handover expected in Q4 2031.
Trump International Hotel & Tower Dubai is a joint project between Dar Global and The Trump Organization, their fifth collaboration according to the launch press release. The tower is planned at about 350 metres with 80 floors, combining a Trump hotel, branded residences, a members-only Trump Club and what the developers describe as the world's highest outdoor pool, with two duplex penthouses with sky pools at the top. The Dubai Land Department lists it as project 3691 ("Trump Tower"), registered in April 2025, with 574 units: 252 one-bedroom, 208 two-bedroom, 110 three-bedroom and 2 four-bedroom homes, plus 2 commercial units.
The tower sits on Sheikh Zayed Road at the entrance to Downtown Dubai, with views toward Burj Khalifa and the sea, and DIFC and Dubai Mall a short drive away. In August 2026 The National reported that Dar Global had awarded the podium construction contract to Gulf Asia Contracting and that about 80% of the inventory had been sold.
A three-bedroom suits a family that wants more space in a branded, serviced tower close to DIFC and Downtown. Published bathroom counts for this 1,642 sq ft layout differ between listings (three to five), so ask us for the floor plan.
Agency pages describe a 90/10 payment plan: 20% on booking, 70% in instalments during construction and 10% on handover. Our feed does not list the plan, so confirm the schedule with us before booking.
